Maserati S.p.A. is a luxury car manufacturer based in Italy. The company was founded on December 1, 1914, in Bologna, Italy, and its headquarters are now in Modena. Its insignia is a trident. The Ghibli was initially unveiled in Shanghai on April 20, 2013. It’s a high-performance executive sedan that competes with the BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class, and Audi A6. The automobile, along with the new Quattroporte, is manufactured in Grugliasco, Turin, Italy (former Bertone). The standard Ghibli is rated at 330 horsepower, while the Ghibli Diesel is rated at 275 horsepower (and 250 horsepower in Italy only) and the Ghibli S Q4 is rated at 410 horsepower.
Since 2018, Ghibli’s base model has been rated at 350 horsepower, while the S Q4 has been rated at 450 horsepower. The updated Ghibli will be the first electric Maserati car, and it will be unveiled in Beijing during Auto China 2020.
